Ok here's the deal, I'm looking to lose a bit of weight so I bought myself an exercise bike. I've been using the bike for 2-3 times per week minimum of 30 mins, I've been doing this for about a month now and cant see any change at all, I know this isnt going to happen over night but not even a slight improvement makes me think i'm doing something wrong.
What is the best setting to have the bike on? it has settings 1-8, 1 being no resistence and 8 being max resistence. I'm also using dumbells just to tone up my arms and abs.
I don't have any excess weight on my arms or legs, just on my stomach and chest. Also i'm eating really well and drinking lots of water.... Any suggestions would be great
