So there is this competition in my major called the biggest loser. We sign up on a website and pledge how many pounds we want to lose and the money gets donated to charity.
I do not think I am a large girl; however, since college I have gained the freshman 15 and would like to lose a little more than that. I was an athlete during high school and my major is very time consuming so I don't have a lot of time to go to the gym because I have to work 4 and a half hours in the clinic everyday after classes.
I do still try to workout when I'm not swamped with homework and tests.
I just wanted some advice on healthy foods I can eat and different workout routines I can try. This weight needs to be lost by March or April I believe.
