Hi
I'm asking the eternal question: how can I lose weight by only doing indoor exercise? It's not that I have anything against being outside, but at the moment there's very much snow and freezing cold, and as I live far out in the bush, the tracks haven't been shoveled and I have some trouble with my knees so I can't run on the asphalt-covered roads. When the spring comes, I have yet another problem: pollen allergy.
I don't have a huge overweight-problem (size 38 in pants, 36-38 in t-shirts and sweaters), but it's enough that I can't wear t-shirts and other tight tops without a hoodie or thick sweater over, and that I can't wear shorts in the summer. The biggest problem area is my stomach without a doubt, but I'm not too pleased with my thighs either.
Anyway, enough complaining. I'm more than willing to exercise, but I have to do it inside, which is why I need help to figure out how to do this. I was thinking about aerobics 'cause I like dancing and I LOVE music, so I thought that could be a good plan.
My questions then are:
1. How long should I do it every day? I have a really tight schedule, so I hope it's not too long.
2. Where could I find instructions and things like that online?
Also, I have diabetes (1) if that could affect anything.
Just please, pretty please DON'T ask me to eat fruits and be a lot in movement, 'cause I know for a fact that the fruit-thing won't work because of my diabetes: My body just craves more insulin because of the sugar in the fruits and then I gain weight again because of the sugar.
But, if anyone could help by telling me how long I have to exercise aerobic/dancing every day, that'd be fine, 'cause I can figure out the eating-part myself.
Thanks
