last time i lost weight i did it by riding my bike everyday for 2- 4 miles is there something i can do that i will get the same or better results in the same amount of time. i didnt ride my bike 2 fast but i was still sore i got down to like a size 2 in a month from being around a size 4 or 5. now im a size 6 (i gained it all back because i stoped woring out) and im not happy with it. n e way how many miles would i have to run (jog) a day to get the same or better results. or what other things could i do? thanks
