so i want to lose belly fat and i know you cant target only one area of body but belly fat is just
the main area i dont mind losing fat in other places either like second main is thighs.
well i have like probably3-4 inches of fat or idk what it is on my stomach. its been there since i was little but anways what kind of exercises will help. and i prefer not to run and no bike but i do have a pool. and i'm also on a no junk food diet except like 50-60 calories worth of junk food every two days only if i dnt cheat though. and please no silly answers im serious
