How to load brushes into Photoshop cs3?

Hi all, Does any one know how I can load my new brushes into photoshop?
I've saved the .ABR files into the Brushes folder. In Photoshop when I click on load (circle with triangle)it shows that the folder is empty.
I have checked from programs folder, all the files are there.
Any ideas anyone how I can fix this.

Download the brushes. Go to my computer, Programs, Adobe, Adobe PS CS3, Presets, Brushes, and place the brushes in there. You must restart Photoshop.
 
go photoshop's website and look for brush templates / downloads. I beleive it's free.
