Is there a way to limit download speed in Google Chrome? (or some extension)
Problem is, when I start downloading some file it uses all my bandwidth so I cannot open any other page until download is finished (or paused), and this is very annoying. It would be nice to have some plugin or other way to limit downloading speed. My maximum download speed is 107kb/s and downloading goes at that rate, but like i sayed before while that download goes i cannot open any other page. So, how to limit download speed on let's say 75kb/s so i can still have some bandwidth left to browse. I'm using Ubuntu. And please don't suggest to get some download manager, or if there is no other solution suggest some with just basic functions, i've tried FileZilla but it's just too complex.
