If you're talking about hair dye on your brows, then the tint will wash out with repeated washings (just like hair color will, but it will happen quicker on the brows). Just use a regular shampoo or eye makeup remover. A facial cleanser such as a glycolic cleanser will remove the color faster. You may need to do this a few times, but it will eventually fade away. Meanwhile, you can apply makeup foundation over your eyebrows and then brush through, then apply a more natural color brow pencil/powder. If you swim in chlorinated pool water, this will also fade the color.
