How to let other computers to write files into an NTFS formatted HDD?

I'm using 1 HDD for backing up multiple computers, recently, I formatted it to NTFS format, but then I realize that I can't write files into the HDD from other computers. I DON"T WANT TO ERASE EVERYTHING IN MY HDD, any ideas?
