How to learn Whole PHP ?

I have tried to leanr PHP 2 times....This is my third time...It is good till I get through the Basics(like : operators, constants, loops, conditions, arrays, variables etc) But when it comes to actual program a code....I mean when all of the basics i have learnt...when there is time to implement all of them in one place....my brain gets a hard kick....and i get stuck....how to understand all this things....Is there any books available to learn php easily....i have tried and tested more than 10 of them....Please Help.....
