Anyone knows what is the best way to learn HTML on a PC like what programs to use, or tips to learn faster,
the last time I was learning HTML was in school on a MAC and that was a Long time ago, I feel so lost now because I have to re-teach myself I barley passed that class before. Any websites, programs or books would be very helpful thanks.
