How to land on toe pick in figure skating?

Hi, I'm just going to land my axel but I can't land it on toe pick! I can get all the revolutions but it's not good since every time I jump I land directly on the blade. I used to have this problem with the other single jumps too but they are easier to land on toe pick.
Do you have any tips for me? :)
