how to keep meat fresh when camping?

im going camping this weekend and i've read alot people bring hotdogs and hamburger.. but how do u keep that fresh when u have no fridge to put them in?? thanks.. and what foods do yall like to bring on a trip? im going camping on sat sun and mon
 
you don't take meat with you..unless you want a food poisoning

just bring something that doesn't spoil easily..\

canned foods
noodles
fruits
veggies
chips
instatnt oatmeal..etc
