How to keep ink from smearing on business card?

I am printing my own business cards and I made a sample batch yesterday and the ink smeared when i ran my finger across it. 24 hrs later the ink was still smearing. Is there any type of spray to use to prevent this or is it just a lost cause?
 
Try a better quality photo paper for your business cards. Their surface is specially coated to absorb and hold the ink better than plain paper.

Option B is a clear sealing spray, available at local hardware stores, but that's going to get annoying, fast.
