How to install torrent downloads that only contain zip files and not rar?

I just downloaded a torrent file. normally when i get one the installer is just in a rar file but, this torrent has all these zip files and I don't know how to install the program. Let me know if you need additional details about my deliema
 
Read the NFO or README file in the archive.
