The reason I asked that is because I wanna submit art to 2 websites(I don't wanna use names here)but we have a folder in our computer named "Photoshop Updates" and I saw the requirements and instructions to install it:
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
-- Adobe Photoshop CS2 English, French, German, Japanese, Spanish, Swedish, Brazilian Portuguese, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian, Italian, Korean, Chinese Simplified, or Chinese Traditional. Note: this update is not compatible with other language versions of Photoshop CS2. Updates for other language versions will be available separately.
-- Windows: Microsoft® Windows® 2000 with Service Pack 4, or Windows XP with Service Pack 1 or 2
INSTALLATION NOTES
To install the Photoshop 9.0.1 update:
1. Disable all virus protection software.
2. Ensure that the folder on your hard drive containing Photoshop is named "Adobe
Photoshop CS2."
3. Double-click the "Adobe Photoshop Updater" application. If the updater reports that it cannot find the application to update, please uninstall Photoshop CS2, then re-install the application (using the default folder name "Adobe Photoshop CS2"), then run the updater.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
My problem is,we still don't have Photoshop CS2 and on installation note no.1,it says "disable all virus protection software".What should I do now?
