how to install jar/jad game file in pc for LG GD 580?

I just got an LG GD 580 fone and wanted to download games, i downloaded the games via pc then transferred it via bluetooth to the phone but then i cannot download it since i do not have internet connection on the fone so how to install it thru pc?

plus, any suggestions wer to download animated wllpaper for this phone?
