How to install foursquare on my windows mobile?

I successfully downloaded foursuare from 4square.codeplex.com... However, it is in a zip file and when I attempt to open the program, I just keep clicking on more files and am lost...

Can someone please give me step by step directions to get this program going on my phone? (i have an lg fathom with windows 7)
