How to install car stereo when the cords don't match?

I own a '05 Chevrolet Equinox that has everything like when it was released from the factory. I want to give my car a better stereo by getting a new interface and even speakers. I ordered a nice stereo, it is the Dual XMA7715 that includes AM/FM/CD/MP3/iPod Ready Receiver/and Bluetooth ready (i know I didn't have to include it but I'm trying to give as much information as possible). It came in the other day and I started taking out the stereo in my car. After I got it out I noticed that the cords from my new and old stereo do not match. I want to know if there is something to do about this?
I've been looking around but I am still not sure which one to get to fit my new radio?

You will need one of each of these if you don't already have them.
