I'm installing a 5 channel amp to my stock head unit.
I'm hearing conflicting details on this subject.
I've been told that the speaker outputs from the stock head unit are "balanced" output, versus "unbalanced" which aftermarket head units have.I'm told I need a special converter or audio processor to suppress noise.
I purchased an Alpine PDX-5 to power the front/rear speakers along with the stock sub.
What's the best way to install this?
