How to install a wireless internet connection on my new laptop?

I already have the Internet on my desktop computer. And I also got the Internet on my older laptop with a router.

Now, I'm not going to use the older laptop anymore so I wanna know how I can get an Internet connection on my new laptop.

Btw, my router is a D-Link and I have Windows 7 on the new laptop.
