HOW TO, install a NEW SOUND SYSTEM?

Alright, sorry for the caps i just needed the attention ha ha.

First let me introduce myself, I am a 4 door 1994 Honda civic. I have a shitty sound system that needs to be replaced. I understand the basics about the head system, speakers, amps and sub woofers and how they are all connected...

But of course i do not feel like spending more than $120 for it all. I have a few products in mind but i am curious if someone has had this same experience and has any tips for me on what kinda of things to buy, where to buy it (best buy, circuit city...), and what I'll need to do to install it
 
You might not want to do it but pawn shops have really good selections from people that just dont know what they have sometimes.
 
You can try ebay - if you do msn live search cash back you can get 30% off if you do buy it now and pay with paypal. but u'll have to wait 60 days to be credited back. Where i live there are places where we can pick up good audio equipment for cheap - well not dirt cheap, but much cheaper than regular stores that you have mentioned. this is somewhere around downtown LA. i'm not sure where u are heh. however if u want all of that for less than $120 you'll have a better chance looking into some used stuff. I doubt u'll get all that at best buy or circuit city.
