how to install a fuel pump for 1992 honda accord lx?

my car started by not cranking and when it did it was like it was hung in high gear. I had to manuel change from low up to drive. now it will not start at all and the fuel pump is not working
 
Go to an auto parts store and get a Haynes manual. It sounds like you have three problems: cranking, a transmission problem, and the fuel pump. Before you replace the fuel pump, you might check the inertia switch and the fuel pump relay, if your car has one.
