How to install a 54" tv embedded in wall. Any cooling issues with this mount approach?

I was thinking of buying a 54" Plasma, but am open to LCD too. Which TV is the best for this job?
 
We installed ours in the wall that is common with the garage. No cooling issues at all. We have Plasma. Absolutely love it.
