The atmosphere of the lounge is good and relaxing. it provides soothing live band music and a magnificent view of the Petronas Twin Towers. But don't know why there is not many customer and it is only in house guest.

Well..you need to start having EVENTS and advertise so people on the outside KNOW of these events and show up...
For ex....the restaurant I work at did a night where they invited someone from a local winery and they did a winery event where there was lot's of wine, and 4 course meal...all tickets were $50...do something like that to get people out
Or you could change it up a bit...in the night time make the lounge more of a social club singles atmosphere..people are ALWAYS looking for ways to meet someone to fall in love...so create a "come drink and meet hot singles" type of atmosphere
