How to Increase horsepower in My 95 toyota Celica GT?

I am looking to make my car a little bit faster, but i don't have as much money as i'd like to get a turbo. I already have a short ram air intake.

Anything will be great.
Its not that i don't want to spend money its the fact that i don't have much of it.
