R Red Sox Fan 4 life Guest Apr 28, 2009 #3 When you practice use a heavier bat. In no time you'll be swinging your lighter bat like its nothin. Thats what I do anyway and it helps me.

A Ashley Guest Apr 28, 2009 #4 i had the same problem as you until i stood farther back in the box and had quicker hands(start faster)....go to the batting cages, it'll really help
