How to improve communication skills greatly?

I think that I have mediocre communication and social skills and would like to fix that problem. I have seen people that are so good at talking and speaking with others that it is my dream to be able to talk so fluently and skilled. It seems like they don't even try and I feel like things like that are very important in getting jobs that involve those types of things. Is there a class or something that I can take that will make me an amazing speaker and communicator? I want to be able to get my point across clearly without offending anyone and be able to speak very confidently. Please if anyone can give me a link or something that will help me develop these skills than please help. Thanks
