How to Import FLV files into After Effects CS4...?

hi friends...

whenever I try to import FLV type video files to my After Effects CS4...It says,

"After Effects error: files 'name of file.flv' cannot be imported - this '.flv' file is damaged or unsupported."

but my flv file is not damaged and also 'Adobe' site says AE CS4 supports FLV formats...

so, help me out with good solution pl z....
