After Update ur iPhone & Actavite with Original SIM Card (Only First Time) by iTunes.
Then iTunes says "Your Phone is Unlocked" It means ur phone Factory Unlock.

how to enter recovrey mode press top button plus home buton together and after phone goes off kep holding home button untill you pc picks the phone it self it will take round about 30 sec then update and all will be fine

no need to flash or restore, put sim inside, plug phone to pc and wait to itunes to activate your phone.
