how to i replace my honda civic headlights?

no need to remove the bumper, pop open your hood and you will see each light is being held by 3 or 4 screws, you will need a phillips screwdriver.. its easy to remove them, take out the screws then the whole headlight should be loose. the bulbs themselves you will have to twist them so they pop out of the headlight < super easyy
 
i have a 98 honda civic and i need to replace not just the bulbs but the entire headlight housing they are all fogged up. do i have to take the entire bumper off?
