When I go to upload my picture, it says it's too big. But I do not know know how to change the size so its less than 700k. Do you?? Thank you much!

I had this same problem. Basically you only keep the ESSENTIAL part of the pic. Crop almost everything out except what you need. Save it to My Pictures or iPhoto, and upload the newly cropped file to Twitter.
