How to I HotSync My Palm Tungsten T3 with Outlook 2007 via Bluetooth?

Running Windows 7 (64 bit). Cradle HotSync does not work was told that Bluetooth would work, but I cannot get it to sync. Error: "Unable to initiate HotSync operation because the port is in use by another application" "The selected port, COM1, is not available at this time. HotSync Manager will open the port when it becomes available. HELP
