I just brought my blackberry yesterday and i see theres only browser and hotspot using wi fi to access the internet and i just want to use the orange mobile net. I heard that maybe just need to ring orange so they can activate you, so i did that and the man seemed like he didnt even understand telling me i need I.D of proof or something when i said all i want is to be able to go on orangeworld!! Aghh does anyone know what to do ?
