I am going for a big hike in the morning and just noticed my foot getting sore with athlete's foot this evening. I don't want to cancel the hike and I don't have time to treat it the normal way.
Would perhaps using baby powder in there keep it dry and help the discomfort be manageable?
Or if I put some tissue in there to help prevent rubbing and to absorb moisture, may that help?
Does anyone have experience with this?
