Could someone please write a how to for putting a prl onto a rokrz6m. I want to put the 1050prl for EVDO on my phone. It already works with cricket but do not want to fry it. Any help would be appreciated. Saw some guides but didn't know if they would work with the rokr or not. Thanks again.
 
This will help me with that. I should have been more specific in my ?. I was curious if I installed the 1050 prl would I have to redo all my settings or will this simply enable EVDO. Oddly enough I called cricket and they had no idea what EVDO was. But clearly it's working in the raleigh market. Thanks for the help.
 
When I tried to put the prl on my phone it wouldn't load. It kept saying power cycle your phone then it stopped at 50%. I tried ost 7.2.3 and 7.2.5 neither would work. Any suggestions?
 
When it says power cycle your phone, turn it off then back on without disconnecting it. After you turn it off it will turn back on to charge, then you have to turn it all the way back on. Then try again.
 
I did that. I did a complete power cycle and it still was frozen at 50%. It would not proceed I have done this like 20 times on 2 different pc's. Could it be the rokr. I don't see much in here about them. Maybe for some reason that phone doesn't like talking to PST. Just a thought. It's just frustrating it seems like a simple process, and I can't get it. I appreciate your help though.
