Yesterday I rolled down the stairs and down the stairs there is wall. So when I fell I tryed to block my head from hitting the wall (my arm was in a L shape above my head) and once my arm hit the wall it hurt like crap.Then the pain only stopped alittle bit, the pain goes on and off and hurts when I do simple things; opening my laptop,push the radio button in my car but some of the hardest things dosent hurt at times; sitting on the floor lifting my self up with both hand etc..
how can I make it feel better? its a very irriatating type of pain.
