how to have jpeg alternative for flash embedded in html?

Im using flash cs5 and want to publish the object to html, but want to display a jpeg for those who dont have flash installed. I heard there was a way that flash provides the code automatically, but when pressing publish the html file doesnt include a code. Any help would be great
