I live 20 minutes away from a small town and an hour away from the city (D.C). Most parties are 20 minutes or more away. Parents are not an option for rides, and friends have problems with picking you up everytime (end up being a burden, than a help). What can I do to get out and have a good time. im 17 have a license but no car and "saving up" is not an option i owe $600+ dollars and am still working to pay that off.
I did buy a car back in january, it recently fell apart because it was a cheap car. It is now considered salvage. But I like the idea of staying at a friends house for days.
You cannot ride a bicycle on these one lane country roads, you will get hit and die. I once thought of getting a moped (didnt work out).
