I have a Felony Neglect Conviction ( my home was a mess because I wassuffering from depression at the time) The charge is 2 years old and everytime it comes up in an interveiw ( which is to say EVERY interveiw) the employer goes from nice to not as soon as it is discussed and the interveiw is promptly ended. My question is how can I disscuss such a serious offense in a light that will allow the employer to look past the charge and see a dedicated hard working potential employee?
