We are going on a 5 day camping trip with our 9 month old in 2 weeks. I have most everything figured out, but am wondering what I should do about feeding him. I don't really want to bring his big high chair, but he does not sit still long enough to be fed while being held. I thought about getting one of those high chairs that clamps on to the side of a table and putting that on the picnic tale with a table cloth, but I didn't know if those fit onto picnic tables. Has anyone done this? How did you handle mealtime with a baby while camping? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
Thanks Samantha. Glad to see someone else realizes babies are totally fine to go camping lol. I was wondering if those little ones that strapped to a chair worked on benches.
I wish he would sit in a bumbo lol. He realized how to arch and get out of that thing when he was like 5 1/2 months...he's VERY active lol
dyot- I do let him self feed quite a bit, which is why I'm wondering what I should bring for him to eat on. He needs a tray to pick the food up off of! Stroller might work though..that was a good idea, thanks!
