i want to get my parents a new car. Just to show my appreciation for being there for me when i needed it most and so on. How do i go about doing so? Should i buy the car and surprise them with the car and a big red bow on it in their driveway? Or should i take my parents to a dealership and let them choose the car? I'm worried if i pick the car they may not like it, because my mom is picky and my dad is too so i don't know. Do you think i should go with the taking them to dealer and let them choose choice? I think my dad wants a BMW convertible because he's been talking about a specific car a lot that he can't afford, so don't say "well if you let them pick the car, they'll pick most expensive car". I don't care about price, besides i doubt they'd purposely pick most expensive car. So which is the better way to approach this car buying decision?
