How to get video off of Droid

I took a video on my droid and am trying to figure out how to get it off my phone so I can display it on my computer. I connected the USB but didn't see a folder named videos or anything like that. Also, when I open the video and clicked menu, nothing happens so I don't see an option for share or anything like that.
 
Any idea if I can rotate the video some how? I took the video with my phone sideways, so the video is displayed in my media player software sideways. Any way to spin it 90 degrees?
 
i have b4 but now i cant remember how i did it, u can try to recode it and it should be some editing options, i think i did mines in nero
 
I am having the same problem. I have a HTC Droid Incredible. I took my 1st video today, and have looked through EVERY folder, and can't find it. It's in my gallery, but I'm at a loss to transfer it because I cant find it in any folder.. Its too large to send by email or upload, and bluetooth wont do anything but audio. Help?????
