How to get through a maths test without my mind wondering off??? HELP ME PLEASE xox?

i need help ...........during my maths test today i missed like 2 questions that awarded so many marks on them and this is because i had 45 mins to do the paper but my mind just wondered off and i started daydreaming for about 15-20 mins of the test not on purpose but i just can't concentrate for longer than 5-10 mins (i'm in Y9 by the way and i will be doing gcse maths english science and spanish at the end of may which is 2 years early and i'm o'ready stressed out about doing them 2 years early

any advice would be great (no harsh comments please)
