Hey guys. As of right now I have a car with 4 blown speakers and I need to replace these stock ones with something new.
I have been trying to do some research on how not to blow your speakers, but I still don't understand anything past "too much power to the speakers kills them." So I have 2 questions:
1) Is there anything besides the speaker quality that will protect it from blowing out? If so, how do I figure out what speakers are best? (besides price. =P )
2) I want to learn more about audio and how everything works, and I was wondering if someone could post a link to a site where I could learn more. I tried wikipedia, but I couldn't find what I wanted to learn. =/
