How to get the early termination fee waived

gave up on tmo and switched to verizon today and could NOT be happier! i stuck with the curve and am already so impressed with the service. guess i will just have to suck it up and pay the ETF...already seems worth it!
 
Okay we signed the contract but BOTH sides should hold up their end of the deal, NOT just the customer but also the COMPANY. They agreed to provide services, but then they don't and then when the customer explains what is wrong with the service all they do is tell them we can't fix it, or that they don't see anything wrong on THEIR side. Well thats a bunch of BS.
