How to get set up for YOUNG outdoor kitten in very cold weather?!?!?

I am getting a kitten for outdoors but it is like in the 20's outside. What can I do to keep the kitten warm??
(But it will be in the garage so it wont be that COLD! Is is in like th e50's in our garage, but still that is cold!
