I'm trying to get my Captivate to work on Kies. But the program won't recognize the phone. I'll get it to the point where it says connecting; but then it says to put the phone in MEDIA mode... I've tried all 3 settings. KIES PROGRAM FIRMWARE UPGRADE MEDIA PLAYER and MASS STORAGE. but none of these seem to work... any help?
