how to get ripped for football ?

im 13 and im looking to get ripped over the summer. i weigh about 125 and have muscle on my arms and legs but have a small belly. are there any ideas of how to get ripped.
(Football starts august 3)
 
I would say that you need to lift weights, establish a routine. Do you have access to a local gym in the area, or maybe one at your school? Cardio will help you tone up, but the real deal is lifting weights. I would work out 4-5 times a week.

Ideally, I doubt you're going to get super "ripped" by that time though.
 
number one thing to do is work out your core, crunches cit ups etc...(you dont have to be able to see a six pack to have a strong core) cardio (running). and then you dont have to go to the gym and lift, just do pushups, pull ups, and sit ups.
