so , i've been trying to get my own mp3 into a ringtone form using many websites .
i got the mp3 into a ringtone format but i don't have internet on my phone ; its completely blocked .
i need to know how to get my ringtone from my computer to my phone and be able to use it as a TEXT MESSAGE ringtone .
can anyone give me a step by step walk through please ?
